北京大学经济学院2021年国际论坛暨第三届欧洲论坛将于2021年10月23日通过腾讯会议平台举办。本届论坛由北京大学经济学院与北京大学中国银行欧盟经济与战略研究中心联合举办，论坛将围绕“疫情后的全球经济：复苏、重塑、再联结(Recover, Rebuild, Reconnect: World Economy beyond COVID-19)”这一主题，邀请国际知名学者共话后疫情时代下全球经济与合作的未来。

Giancarlo Corsetti（吉安卡罗·柯赛蒂）

Giancarlo Corsetti is Professor of Macroeconomics in Faculty of Economics at University of Cambridge. His contributions range from theoretical and empirical work on fiscal and monetary policy, to analyses of currency and financial crises and their international contagion. He serves as co-editor of the Journal of International Economics, Programme Director at Centre for Economic Policy Research in London, and scientific consultant to the Bank of England and the European Central Bank.

吉安卡罗·柯赛蒂是剑桥大学经济系宏观经济学教授。他的研究贡献主要是财政和货币政策的理论研究与实证工作，及货币分析和金融危机的国际蔓延。他现任《国际经济学杂志》主编，伦敦经济政策研究中心项目主任，以及英格兰银行和欧洲中央银行科学顾问。

Zhongping Feng（冯仲平）

Zhongping Feng, Director & Professor, Institute of European Studies, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASS), President of the China-CEE Institute, President of the Chinese Association for European Studies. Prof. Feng received PhD at the Department of history in the University of Lancaster, UK. His research focuses on the EU, Sino-European relations, transatlantic relations, NATO, etc. He is author of many books and papers both in Chinese and English.

冯仲平，英国兰卡斯特大学历史学博士、研究员、博士生导师。现任中国社会科学院欧洲研究所所长、中国—中东欧研究院（布达佩斯）院长、中国—中东欧国家智库交流与合作网络理事长。兼任中国欧洲学会会长、教育部国别和区域研究专家委员会委员、中国人民外交学会理事。他的主要研究领域包括欧盟、中欧关系、欧美关系、北约、中国外交等。

Ing. Guido D. Giacconi（贾可尼）

Ing. Guido D. Giacconi is National Vice President of European Union Chamber of Commerce (EUCCC)，co-founder and currently President of In3act Srl,. He was former national Chair of EUCCC Energy WG, former Vice Chairman of the China-Italy Chamber of Commerce, former Chair of the China-Italy Chamber of Commerce Energy and Environment Protection Working Committee, consultant to the Embassy of Italy in China and Italian Trade Agency.

贾可尼现任欧盟商会副主席，In3act Srl 的联合创始人，现任 In3act Srl 的总裁。曾担任中国欧盟商会能源组主席，是前中国意大利商会副主席、前中国意大利商会能源与环境保护工作委员会主席，同时是驻中意大利使馆和意大利对外贸易委员会的顾问。

Oliver Linton（奥利弗·林顿）

Oliver Linton is Fellow of Trinity College and Professor of Political Economy, University of Cambridge. He is President Elect of Society for Financial Econometrics. He was Co-Editor of Journal of Econometrics, Co-Editor of Econometric Theory and Co-Editor of Econometrics Journal, Associate Editor of Econometrica and Econometric Consultant of Bank of England. According to worldwide Econometric rankings by Econometric Theory, Oliver Linton Ranked in the Top Three in World in Econometrics, 2000-2005.

奥利弗·林顿教授是剑桥大学三一学院院士，经济系政治经济教授，现任金融计量协会主席，曾任《计量经济学杂志》，《计量经济学理论杂志》和《计量经济学期刊》等国际期刊的主编，《计量经济学》副主编和英格兰银行特聘经济顾问。他曾三次获得Econometric Theory奖，据国际权威计量经济学期刊《计量经济学理论》所做的“世界计量经济学家排名”， 奥利弗·林顿教授在2000-2005期间位列三甲。

Hai Fang（方海）

Hai Fang is Professor of Health Economics in China Center for Health Development Studies at Peking University. He is also the Vice Director of Joint Center for Vaccine Economics between Peking University Health Science Center and Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention. His research interests include health system efficiency and equity, as well as economics of infectious diseases and vaccination policies. 

方海，北京大学中国卫生发展研究中心卫生经济学教授。他也是北京大学医学部-中国疾病预防控制中心疫苗经济学联合研究中心副主任。他的研究兴趣包括卫生健康体系效率和公平性，以及传染病经济学和疫苗免疫接种政策。

Lorenzo Casaburi（洛伦佐·卡萨布里）

Lorenzo Casaburi is an Associate Professor in the Department of Economics at the University of Zurich. His main line of research focuses on agricultural markets in Sub-Saharan Africa, with an emphasis on market structure, behavioral insights, and agricultural finance. He also works on state capacity, with an emphasis on tax enforcement and redistribution policies.

洛伦佐·卡萨布里是苏黎世大学经济系副教授，他的主要研究领域是撒哈拉以南非洲地区的农业市场，尤其是市场结构、行为洞察力和农业金融。他还研究国家职能，尤其是税收执法和再分配政策。

结合北京大学创建世界一流大学的总体目标，北京大学经济学院始终致力于将自身建设成为世界一流的经济学院。学院高度重视国际合作与交流工作，注重拓展学生的国际视野，提升学院的国际影响力。从2018年起，学院开始不定期举办“经济学院海外论坛系列”。

2018年12月，首届北大经济学院北美新年论坛在美国纽约成功举办，主题为“中国与世界经济”（China and World Economy）。

2019年8月，北大经济学院第二届海外论坛暨首届欧洲论坛在英国牛津举办，主题为“一带一路”框架下的世界经济合作与发展（Global Economic Cooperation and Development in the Framework of the Belt & Road）。

2019年11月，“一带一路”中国·印度尼西亚经贸交流与合作国际论坛暨北京大学经济学院东南亚论坛在印度尼西亚民丹岛举办。

2020年1月，北大经济学院第二届北美新年论坛在美国圣地亚哥成功举办，主题为“中国与全球经济：挑战、机遇与共同繁荣”（China and Global Economy: Uncertainty, Opportunity, and Prosperity）。

2020年10月，北大经济学院第二届欧洲论坛通过线上会议平台举行，主题为“后疫情时代下的全球经济前景”（The Future of Global Economy in an Era of Covid-19）。
